Exchange Policy - Monkeys Division

At Monkeys Division, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a simple and transparent exchange policy with the following conditions:

  1. The customer must inform us of their intention to exchange the product within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  2. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new item.

  3. We do not accept exchanges for products that are missing the label, receipt, or show signs of use or damage.

  4. All products are inspected before shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit. If the product has a manufacturing defect, Monkeys Division will cover the exchange at no additional cost.

  5. If the requested exchange product is not available in the same color or size, the customer may choose another item of equal value.

  6. If the defective product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

  7. All orders are sent to our costumers by registered mail from C.T.T (official Portuguese mail). We are not responsible if the product is lost, but in this case we will help to find the lost order.
